๐ฌ Check my home loan optionsHow much can you borrow?
Two limits decide your loan amount. The first is the property: RBI caps how much of its value a bank can lend.
- Loan up to โน30 lakh
- Up to 90% of property value
- โน30 lakh โ โน75 lakh
- Up to 80%
- Above โน75 lakh
- Up to 75%
The second is your income: most lenders keep all your EMIs together within roughly 55โ60% of your monthly income. Being eligible for an amount isn't the same as being able to afford it comfortably โ our affordability calculator shows both.
Who we help
- Salaried buyers โ first home, upgrade, or a second property.
- Self-employed and business owners, including cases where income on paper doesn't tell the full story.
- Low CIBIL scores โ we'll tell you honestly where you stand and which lenders are realistic.
- B-khata properties โ only some private banks and housing finance companies lend on them, usually at 55โ70% of value. We know which ones.
- Existing borrowers paying more than today's rates โ a balance transfer can save lakhs over the remaining tenure.

How it works with SVA
- Share your profile and the property on WhatsApp.
- We check your eligibility across our lender panel and shortlist the lenders that actually fit โ not the one that pays us most.
- We prepare and submit your application, and chase the bank so you don't have to.
- Sanction, then the bank's legal and technical checks on the property โ we sort out any document issues.
- Disbursement. After that, we keep checking your rate against the market and tell you when it's worth renegotiating or transferring.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a fee for home loans?
No. The bank pays us, not you, and you get the same interest rate as if you'd gone to the bank directly. What you get from us is the comparison, the paperwork, and someone who follows up with the bank for you.
Can I get a home loan on a B-khata property?
Yes, but most public-sector banks won't lend on B-khata. Some private banks and housing finance companies do, usually for 55โ70% of the property's value and at a slightly higher rate. Check the khata status before paying any token money.
I'm self-employed. Can I still get a home loan?
Yes. Lenders usually look at 2โ3 years of ITRs and your bank statements. If your income on paper is lower than your real income, tell us โ some lenders assess this differently, and we'll tell you which ones are realistic for your case.
Can you help me move my existing home loan to a lower rate?
Yes. If another lender offers a meaningfully lower rate, a balance transfer can save you lakhs over the remaining tenure. We work out whether it's worth it after processing, legal, and stamp duty costs before you decide.
How long does a home loan take?
It depends mostly on the property's documents. Sanction can come within days of a complete application; the bank's legal and technical checks on the property usually take the longest. Clean paperwork moves fastest.
